In a number of capitalist states there are emigrant anti-Soviet organizations that conduct hostile work against the Soviet Union and other socialist countries. The subversive activities of these organizations are inspired, directed and funded by the intelligence services of imperialist states, primarily the United States. From their midst, enemy intelligence recruits agents, selects persons from whom various military anti-Soviet formations and the so-called "special forces" are created. The enemy uses foreign anti-Soviet organizations to cover up his subversive work, which he conducts against the USSR, and in the event of war he intends to use them to carry out sabotage and terrorist operations on the territory of the Soviet Union.
