This collection is somewhat different in content from the collections published so far (issue I - VIII, 1942-1956). The publication of this collection is the first step towards the publication of large sections from candidate and doctoral dissertations, which are prepared by their authors for defense or have already been defended, but have not yet been published in the form of monographs.
