The "big future" is already today. The Krasnoyarsk Territory for the development of industry and energy is in one of the first places in the USSR. It provides electricity of 33 billion kWh per year, which is almost 17 times more than the whole of tsarist Russia. So the time has come, about which the great Russian scientist Mikhailo Lomonosov said back in the 18th century: "Russian power will grow in Siberia."
