This work is devoted to the socio-philosophical and cultural interpretation of the interactions between barbaric and civilized societies. Based on historical facts, the authors highlight the universal features of barbaric culture and trace the military-political and spiritual aspects of the neighborhood of civilization and barbarism. The final part of the work explores the interaction with the barbarians of modern Euro-American civilization.
