This manual was prepared as a result of a generalization of scientific and educational materials of various authors on cosmetic massage. In addition, the results of the author's own research are presented in this manual. The book presents in detail all varieties of cosmetic massage (hygienic, preventive, therapeutic, plastic), massage techniques, and specific techniques. Anatomical-topographic, physiological, histological and biochemical features of tissues of massaged areas are considered in detail.
