The Second World War, which only recently ended, left deep traces in the lives of the peoples participating in it. The war made a radical change in the international situation. Therefore, it is clear that the question of the causes and nature of this war is far from a distracted interest for us, contemporaries. On the contrary, this issue is comprehensively related to the assessment of the most pressing problems of our time. In his historic speech on February 9 of this year, Comrade Stalin, giving a concise account of the activities of the Communist Party over the past 8 years that have passed since the elections to the Supreme Soviet of the USSR in 1937, highlighted the question of the origin and nature of World War II with a bright spotlight of Marxist-Leninist science.
