The book "Homeland of St. Vladimir" does not cover the life and work of Vladimir Svyatoslavovich as the ruler and baptist of Russia: this is known from numerous publications and monographic studies. Careful accumulation and comprehension of specific materials in the works of my predecessors gives me reason to look at the early history of Russia-Ukraine precisely in the light of the genealogy of St. Vladimir on the maternal side. The purpose of this study is to analyze the historical processes of the formation of the geographical, political and cultural tradition of Vladimir Svyatoslavovich's small homeland as the starting point of his personal-mental attachment and personal identity.
