The textbook is intended for familiarization with vegetable crops, their classification and ontogenesis features. Elements of vegetable crops growing technology in open and protected soil are considered. Practical and calculation tasks are given, materials and equipment necessary for their implementation, questions for knowledge control, as well as key terms and concepts are indicated for each topic.
