The next issue is devoted to topical problems of restructuring moral consciousness in the light of the decisions of the XXVII Congress of the CPSU, increasing its role in accelerating the socio-economic development of the country. The essence and ways of forming moral consciousness, social origins, causes and ways of eliminating negative phenomena, the role of party committees, economic management bodies, and labor collectives in this process are analyzed.
