This book contains previously unpublished materials. This is a series of historical and documentary essays about the life of the Krasnoyarsk Territory during the Great Patriotic War and the contribution of the population to the common cause of victory. The events at the front (the actions of the army in Krasnoyarsk) and the situation in the region are described. It details the deployment and start of the operation of evacuation enterprises, the training of conscripts in military specialties, the recruitment of military units by the local population, the transition to the military mode of various sectors of the national economy. The book contains numerous documentary photographs and diagrams. Soviet and German military documents were used as illustrations in the sections describing the hostilities of the Krasnoyarsk units.
