We all come from a childhood where the trees were big, where soda with syrup for three kopecks and milkshakes and eclairs in an ice cream parlor, where mom's pancakes in the morning and grandma's homemade bread with steamed milk. We are all so arranged that warm memories cover us with a familiar taste and aroma. And this feeling of incredible happiness, comfort and security can be returned at any time, as soon as you cook something very dear and familiar. These are the feelings I experienced when I made recipes for this abstract. Simple and favorite food, so many warm moments remembered, so much love in every dish.
