The series "Classics of Historical Literature" includes significant works of Russian historians, cultural and art workers of the twentieth century. A special role in the series is played by translations of such an author as Natalia Basovskaya - a Soviet and Russian specialist in the history of the Middle Ages of Western Europe, doctor of historical sciences, author of more than 150 scientific papers. She was awarded the medal "In memory of the 850th anniversary of Moscow," has the honorary title "Honored Professor of the Russian State University for the Humanities." Unfortunately, many authors of the series are no longer alive, but memory and their work are indispensable material for humanitarians and history lovers for many years to come.
