This brochure summarizes the experience of amateur gardeners and summer residents in making homemade natural wines from the raw materials available on their site (fruits, berries and several grape varieties). The article briefly describes the technique, provides recipes and recommendations. In conclusion, several recipes for the preparation of homemade alcoholic beverages using fruits and berries are given.
