Norbert Hinske gained worldwide fame for his numerous studies of the philosophy of Kant, the German Enlightenment. His brainchild is the widely used Kant-Index cantologist. In the published book, an attempt was made on the example of the corpus of Kant's logical works to clarify the three main ideas of the German Enlightenment: the idea of ​ ​ independent thinking, the fight against prejudice and the fundamental idea of ​ ​ a universal human mind.
