The first volume of the illustrated encyclopedia of aircraft TANTK im. Beriev covers the period from 1932 to 1945. The production and design activities of the Central Design Bureau of Marine Aircraft Engineering, and then OKB named after G. M. Beriev became the subject of research by a whole team: For the first time, 16 types of serial, experimental and experimental machines are described in detail, as well as previously unknown projects created under the guidance of aircraft designer G. M. Beriev. The publication contains a large number of drawings, layouts, color illustrations and photographs, many of which are published for the first time. The publication introduces the reader to the activities of the OKB G.M. Beriev, starting from the end of 1945 and ending with the last works of Georgy Mikhailovich Beriev. The book details many previously unknown projects and experimental machines.
