The monograph sets out the history and prospects of the study of Botai culture, results of excavation studies 2017-2018, the modern concept of "sacred" and "Botai sacred space" is analyzed as an aspect of the upper world of the triad of representations of carriers of ancient cultures of Eurasia, the archaeological components of the Botai dwelling and the microcosm of the middle world are considered, the burials and rituals of the lower world are analyzed, sacred and profane contexts in the light of historical significance for the formation and development of mythology and, in general, the ideology of carriers of steppe civilization.
