Throughout the history of mankind, the military departments of all countries have sought to put science at the service of the security of the state. The attention of the military has always been attracted by the "alternative" sphere of science: parapsychology, quantum physics, psychic psychology. And such a phenomenon as remote vision, or vision at a distance, was certainly the most desirable tool for military intelligence of any state.
