The climatic conditions of Transbaikalia determined the life and, accordingly, the cuisine of the Buryat people. And this, in turn, left an imprint on the content of the dishes. They are usually high in calories and easy to make. The proposed recipe of dishes does not claim a complete description of the culinary art of the Buryat people, but summarizes the most famous dishes, gives a brief technology for their preparation.
