The purpose of the dissertation research is to analyze the specifics of the transformation of drug use in Russian society of the 21st century, to identify persistent features and specific features of the totality of indicators of drug use of the population, which will become the basis for developing scientifically based recommendations for reforming existing and creating new effective measures of anti-drug control and prevention of drug use.
