The textbook covers the main provisions characterizing the essence and features of inland water transport law, its principles, subject composition and regulatory and legal sources. An analysis of the organizational and legal system of inland waterway transport, the management of this type of transport and ensuring safety during transportation is given. The features of the legal regulation of the transportation of passengers, their baggage and cargo on inland waterways are highlighted.
