The book contains materials from the II International Congress of Belarusians, which was held in Minsk in May 1995 and was devoted to the problem of "Belarus between East and West." It is designed for scientists, teachers, students, state bodies and public organizations that deal with or are interested in the problems of interethnic, interreligious and intercultural interaction, foreign Belarusians.
