The textbook consists of ten sections, each of which reveals one of the aspects of the science of management. It discusses the essence of organization management and its methodological foundations, organization structuring, management functions, decision-making methods, communication processes in management, group dynamics and leadership style, power and influence of the leader, management efficiency, self-management methods and techniques. It contains a systematization of the richest material available in domestic and foreign science (1st ed. - 2003). A workshop has been prepared for the textbook.
