The book contains examples and problems in the main sections of statistical radio engineering (probability and random process theory, noise immunity and information theory). The material is divided into 15 chapters. Each chapter provides background theory, detailed examples, and answered tasks. The tasks differ from each other both in the complexity of their solution and in practical orientation. Along with simple tasks that pursue purely methodological goals, there are also relatively complex tasks that require a certain independence in their solution. The answers to such problems give methodological instructions on the solution method or indicate the sources where solutions can be found.
