Indian progressive columnist Natarajan's book, "America's Shadow Over India," focuses on US policy towards India. The book contains rich factual material, including excerpts from American, Indian and British newspapers, statements by Indian, British and American government officials and public figures, as well as the author's own general observations that reveal the ways in which American capital penetrates India, extortion of India by US imperialists under the guise of "help," American imperialist propaganda and subversive activities of American intelligence services in India and neighboring countries.
