There is no more difficult and at the same time more important issue in family and inheritance law than the issue of mutual relations between spouses. Its satisfactory resolution is hampered by the fact that the right here is forced to reckon with the requirements of religion and morality, with the degree of culture and habits of the population, with the good of the younger generation and the individual in general, and even with the interests of the state and the national economy.
