Each album has about 50 illustrations. The fifty-sixth volume of the Great Artists cycle is dedicated to the work of the great Russian battalist Vasily Vasilyevich Vereshchagin. His paintings during the life of the artist received worldwide fame. Vereshchagin, thanks to his powerful talent, officer courage and social activities, had a huge impact on the painting of America and Europe, as well as on the minds of subsequent generations of politicians and ordinary people fighting for world peace.
