The basic principles of hardware use of integrated circuits are outlined. Techniques for developing typical subsystems - the structural basis of modern digital microelectronic equipment - are considered. Systems of morphological estimates are described, which allow for multi-factor quantitative comparison of design alternatives. The examples given in the book are based on the widespread use of logical design methods focused on the circuitry problems of synthesis and analysis of integrated circuits. Typical methods for calculating analog structures are described in relation to configurations of integrated analog circuits.
