An almost complete collection of materials from the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn was first published by Israel Regardi in the 4-volume Golden Dawn in 1937-1940. (Regardie, Israel. The Golden Dawn. Chicago: Aries Press, 1937—1940). This was followed by several reprints (1969, 1970, 1971, 1982) of Llewellyn Publications, reproducing the first practically unchanged (apart from the fact that the material was combined into two volumes, and I. Regardi wrote a new introductory article for each reprint).
