This monograph is an attempt to comprehend the phenomenon of law through the prism of a gestalt sociological approach. At the same time, the problems of legal regulation of public relations are being investigated in relation to the Russian political and legal system. The material collected by the author bit by bit is not only the history and theory of Russian, Soviet and Russian sociological and legal thought, but also the history of the formation and development of Russian society. The study is problematic, on a number of points staged, debatable.
