But the second volume of the collected works of G.P. Fedotov included his historical, historiosophical and cultural articles of the second half of the 1920s and early 1930s from the magazines Vestnik of the Russian Christian Student Movement and Orthodox Thought. For the first time, the volume contains all the articles of the thinker from the magazine "Path," from the first issue until the sixtieth, many of which have never been reprinted since that time. Most of the articles, especially those devoted to the situation of the Russian Church in the USSR, today acquire unprecedented relevance. They are valuable in that they hear the voice of a living witness to the terrible persecution that the Bolsheviks inflicted on the Church. In today's difficult situation in the Russian Church, G.P. Fedotov's insights are a significant contribution to the improvement of church life.
