The book is devoted to the principles and techniques of meditation. A systematic approach to meditation has been proposed, using which a yoga student or instructor could choose the most effective meditations aimed at a real solution to the situation. More than 80 meditative techniques are given, an analysis of meditations used in other schools is carried out.
