The book is dedicated to a previously unexplored page in the history of the unique monument of Russian culture of the Intercession Cathedral (St. Basil's Cathedral) - its bells, which were at the cathedral during various periods of its long life. It also tells about the events of the recent past: about the revival of bell ringing, about the formation of a modern collection of bells.
