The proposed collection of problems is the result of 15 years of experience teaching on a new method of mathematical methods of physics at the Physics Department of Novosibirsk State University. The collection includes more than 350 problems in partial differential equations, special functions, asymptotic methods, the method of Green's functions, integral equations, the theory of finite groups, Lie groups and their applications in physics.
