The manual displays the basic principles of nursing and medical manipulation. A separate chapter "Medical Ethics and Deontology" has been highlighted. Much attention is paid to the work of the nurse in the intensive care unit. Each medical manipulation is illustrated, which contributes to a better absorption of the material. The manual is written in accordance with the program approved by the USSR Ministry of Health and is intended for students of nursing departments of medical schools.
