The book for the first time consistently sets out the history of LenTV, based on facts from the history of Lenradio, brought to an analysis of the functioning of today's, already St. Petersburg, television and radio structures. Historical frameworks have been identified here and schemes have been developed that determine the milestones of development and the features of each of the stages. A series of interviews with prominent figures in the history of the St. Petersburg electronic muse is introduced into the narrative.
