The monograph outlines the classical and new arithmetic, geometric and combinatorial properties of arithmetic triangles and pyramids generalizing Pascal's triangle. Discrete mathematical models of some structures and processes of technology and natural science are built and investigated. Combinatorial algorithms are being developed for using arithmetic pyramids to construct symmetric functions and partition polynomials.
