The book provides methodological recommendations for the entire course of general biology (planning, preparation and conduct of lessons, excursions, seminars). The manual has been revised in accordance with the new program and meets the text of the textbook "General Biology" (1987). A brief outline of the fundamental methodological issues of the course of general biology is presented to a specific lesson methodology. The work of the authors was distributed as follows: "Introduction" and "Methodology of lessons in the 9th grade" (except for the introductory lesson) were written by V.M. Korsunskaya, "Methodology of lessons in the 10th grade" was written by G.N. Mironenko ("Fundamentals of cytology"), O.V. Kazakova ("The emergence and initial development of life on Earth"), 3 .A. Mokeeva ("Reproduction and individual development of organisms," "Fundamentals of genetics and selection"), N.M. Verzilin ("Introductory lesson in the 9th grade," "Fundamentals of ecology," "Fundamentals of the doctrine of the biosphere").
