The main theme of the book is "The Word about Igor's Regiment." Therefore, it opens with the publication of the old Russian text "Words about Igor's Regiment" and a new edition of his translation made by A. N. Uzhankov. Then the comprehension of this outstanding creation is presented. Biblical influences are studied and, in particular, the "Books of the Prophet Jeremiah" on the disclosure of the topic and the main idea of ​ ​ the "Word," thereby proving that this is a religious composition.
