"Inventor and Rationalizer" is a popular science illustrated magazine, each issue of which publishes about 100 of the most diverse technical innovations at the level of inventions, an organ of the All-Union Society of Inventors and Rationalizers. Most of the developments that IR writes about are suitable for direct use, there are models, prototypes, and others have already passed the stage of small-scale production.
