A person is used to considering himself the crown of creation: his strengths are the norm, and his weaknesses are a deviation. The author's approach is fundamentally different: we are inherently imperfect; our brain, like the body, during evolution was formed quite by chance, from the "improvised materials" of nature and is the so-called kluj - an absurd, awkward, but surprisingly effective solution to the problem. The concept of kluja sheds light on important aspects of our lives and explains the many challenges we face. The author's conclusions are optimistic: having a proper understanding of the balance of forces and weaknesses of the human mind, we get the opportunity to help not only ourselves, but also society.
