The book is devoted to the characterization of Zarubinets culture, the monuments of which at the turn of our era were distributed in the Middle and Upper Dnieper, Pripyat Polesie and Podesenie (Ukraine, Belarus and the Russian Federation). A large place is given to the problem of its origins and origin. The contribution to its formation of the population of cultures of the previous Scythian time (Pomeranian, Milograd-Podhortsevskaya and forest-steppe cultures of the Dnieper region) is considered. A significant part of the study is devoted to issues of relations with synchronous cultures of Central and Southeast Europe, which, together with Zarubinets, were strongly influenced by the Latin culture of the Celts and created a kind of "world of latenized cultures."
