Atlas consists of two parts. Reference tables on typical units and parts of lifting machines, drawings of lifting cranes are placed in I part. Technical characteristics are given for the presented machines, general types of machines and their most interesting units, metal structure units, kinematic diagrams of individual mechanisms are given. The drawings of the atlas are brought in line with the requirements of the ESKD. In part II, the drawings are given in brief technical data for rotary cranes and lifts. Atlas is intended for students of mechanical engineering and mechanical specialties of technical universities as a teaching aid for course design on "Lifting and transport machines," can be used for diploma design by students of lifting and transport specialties, will be useful for engineering and technical workers of design bureaus, departments of mechanization and services of the chief mechanic.
