The course covers the formation and development of the institution of criminal liability for crimes in the field of medical activity; the concept and essence of criminal iatrogenies in modern criminal law; separate compositions of crimes against life and health committed by medical workers are analyzed, as well as empirical analysis of this type of crime is given.
