Manual develops the provisions of the Artillery Combat Charter on intelligence and communications in the division and battery of ground artillery; it sets out methods and procedures for conducting reconnaissance and communications, methods of topographic binding by own forces and means, as well as the duties of personnel of units for organizing and conducting reconnaissance and communications in various combat conditions.
