The training manual discusses modern methods for taking and analyzing samples of water, atmospheric air, soil in order to control pollution and assess the quality of the environment. The current regulatory documents and methods of quantitative chemical analysis and microbiological analysis are proposed for study. Designed to conduct practical classes in the course "Methods of sampling and analysis of samples," as well as to assist students in organizing independent work in the study of this discipline. The manual is drawn up in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard and can be used when studying the discipline "Methods of sampling and analysis of samples" by undergraduate students of the direction of training 20.03.01 "Technosphere safety" full-time education.
