The book is devoted to the most socially significant personality disorders - psychopathies. "Biographical medical histories" of I.V. Stalin, L. D. Trotsky, L. P. Beria, A. Hitler are considered. The book, along with the analysis of literary data, is based on a clinical study of personality disorders conducted by the authors over 40 years of their work in clinics, neuropsychiatric dispensaries, neurosis rooms, and general medical institutions. Explanations of special terms are given both in the text and in the glossary at the end of the book.
