Theoretical, methodological and practical foundations for improving the efficiency of the operation of auto service enterprises are presented. Actual directions of information technologies development on the basis of implementing control algorithms are considered. Particular attention is paid to the construction of a subsystem of additional education and personnel structure at the level of dealer enterprises of auto maintenance.
