The monograph is devoted to the comparative-typological study of clothing and jewelry of the peoples of Southeast Asia - a conglomerate of ethnic groups united by deep historical and cultural ties. The work is based on a generalization of extensive materials on this topic contained in the works of domestic and foreign scientists, as well as on the study of the rich collections of the MAE RAS on traditional clothing and jewelry.
