Minutes of meetings of the Extraordinary Investigative Commission in the Kolchak case published by the Central Archive are reproduced according to a verbatim record certified by the Deputy Chairman of the Investigative Commission, K.A. Popov, and stored in the Archive of the October Revolution (fund LXXV, arch. No. 51), ellipses are omitted in the original and placed in their place. There are few such passes, and they do not have any significant significance. The protocols are reproduced with all the features of the original, and only some grammatical inaccuracies that interfered with the understanding of the meaning of the presented are corrected.
