It grew up on the site of the once ordinary, inconspicuous, revived in 1989 after many years of godless power, Pokrovsky parish. Then a Sunday school was opened at the church, the House of Mercy for lonely sick elderly people, children from orphanages were accepted into the priest's family for upbringing.
